The meeting tonight was quite productive, thanks to everyone that showed up.

We will be hosting the install event at Chattlab on Saturday, April 11,
2026.  In order to ensure we have enough desk space and people to guide the
process, we're limiting guest attendance to 20 people with no limit on how
many volunteers.

After the event in April, we plan to work with the library to help set up
future events in a less intimidating setting.

We are seeking 8 volunteers to help guide installs and greet people.  If
you're interested in volunteering, fill out your availability at this link
 and respond to me (and probably
not the list) in this email chain. Your responses help set a tighter time
window, as I have no interest in spending the entire day at the lab. I do
that plenty already.

Finally, it was brought up that we need a more interesting name.  I'm
thinking "Chattlab's PC Up-cycle Extravaganza" after feedback at the
meeting, but I'm not terribly attached to that if someone has a better one.

Once we have a time of day better dialed in, I'll need some help getting
the word out to potential guests. If you're interested in helping with that
